EVFAC Artist Member Shows: 2025

Due to increased participation in EVFAC artist member shows all future shows will now be based on a jury. As you know, our mission is to cultivate and support multi-generational participation in local, traditional and contemporary Fiber Arts. The jury will focus on a combination of member participation as well as quality of the artwork. We strive to maintain inclusivity and foster growth in all fiber arts.

Please note: All show policies are subject to change. Members will be notified before application on all up to date requirements.


Artist show applications requirements (updated 05/29/2025):

Artist Name 

Telephone number

A brief write up (120 words or less) of your member participation, highlighting your participation at the center first over the past 12 months, and including your member participation over the years in which you have been a member.

A brief artist bio and artist statement (120 words or less).

A Valid CRS number for vending in the state of New Mexico.

4-6 quality images of your work.

Artist Website and Social Media information (if applicable, not required). 

All applicants must be current EVFAC members. 

Application opening and closing dates will be announced on this page.

Member Participation for the juried application:

Member participation at EVFAC can include, but is not exclusive to: 

-Volunteering at the center, or with the center remotely

-Teaching a class at the center, or remotely through Zoom

-Attending board meetings, or serving on the board

-Taking classes at the center

-Donating your time or goods to the center 

-Attending EVFAC events

-Attending member meetings

-Being a long standing member.

In general, we are looking for members who are reaching out and participating with the center through any means possible. This is a member organization, and we need you. We love to see you at the center.

Images of Artwork: 

In addition to print advertising, we’ll be featuring artists and their businesses on our social media and in our newsletter leading up to the show(s). To do all of this, we need quality photographs of your work. Professional photos aren’t necessary—cell phone images are perfectly fine. Please take high-resolution photos, using a neutral background with good lighting. Make sure the images captures the true beauty of your work.

All artwork must be handmade fiber art made by the artist member.

All artwork must be installed and set up by the artists (or bring a friend to help you). EVFAC staff will not be able to assist artists with installation and set up. 

Artists must manage their own payments. 

Artists are not permitted to pack up early. If you pack up early you will not be able to participate in future EVFAC shows.

FORM AND FIBER 2025
DeVargas Center
Santa Fe, New Mexico

Saturday and Sunday, August 30th & 31st, 2025: 10am-5pm

Set up will be Saturday August 30th from 8am-10am.
All artwork installation must be completely set up by 10am. 

Applications open July 15th, 9 am, and close July 30th at 9am.

This is no longer first come first serve, applications will be juried. See above information for criteria.

24 vendor spots available. 
Each vendor has 8’ x 2.5’ of space. 

Cost: $60

Vendors may share a table at no additional cost. 
Artists must bring their own tables! Artists must manage their own payments. 

Form and Fiber will be held in the lobby at DeVargas Mall. You must provide your own table. All tables must be covered with a matching tablecloth (provided by EVFAC). If your set-up does not include a table, that is fine, but it must remain within the designated 8’ x 2.5’ space.

All tables must be cleared at the end of the evening, as the mall will remain open a few hours after we have shown. Please be aware that you must take your items home for the night.

Artists are not permitted to pack up early. If you pack up early you will not be able to participate in future EVFAC shows. 

Cancellation policy:  
Cancellations on or before August 9th: 50% refund.
August 10th onward: no refunds. Because of this short timeframe there are no full refunds.

Please treat all EVFAC staff and community members with respect and patience. 

FALL FIBER FIESTA 2025
Scottish Rite Temple: Santa Fe, New Mexico

Possible Expansion to neighboring building: Montezuma Lodge. 

Fall Fiber Fiesta will be held at the Scottish Rite Temple: November 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, 2025. FFF is held from 4pm-7pm on Friday, and from 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.  More details will be posted closer to application date. It is still TBD if Montezuma Lodge will be open on Friday the 21st. 

Fall Fiber Fiesta will have 40 artist vender spots available in the Scottish Rite Temple, with the possibility of opening 12 vender spots in neighboring Montezuma Lodge, depending on the amount of applications received.

Applications will open September 1st at 9am, and close September 15th at 9am. 


Scottish Rite Temple: 

Each booth space is 10’ x 5’. Artists must remain within this booth space for the duration of the show. Artists may purchase only 1 booth space. 

Montezuma Lodge (If applicable, based on artist attendance/applications):

Booth Space is 8’ x 5’.

Artists may share a booth space at no additional cost, both artists will have to submit applications, noting who they are sharing their table with. 

There are 30 tables available from the Scottish Rite Center. Please bring your own table if possible. Tables we provide are 8’ x 2.5’ folding plastic tables with a tablecloth. We have tablecloths for 35 vendors. There are a total of 40 vendors, some do not use tables/tablecloths. Please bring a table clothe if possible.



Artist booth Fees (Subject to change depending on our grant funding):
Individual Artist Table along wall (electricity available): $240
Individual Artist Table in center (no electricity): $210
Montezuma Lodge Expansion: $180

Fall Fiber Fiesta Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations on or before October 15th, 2024: Full Refund.
Cancellations after October 15th-November 2nd, 2024: 50% Refund.
Cancellations after November 2nd, 2024: No refund.
